Jeems Watson was an oil painter. Peter Murray later became the Skipper of Calliopsis, KY223, and was the son of Alex Murray, who was lost with all hands in the ‘Bernicia’, 15th February 1900. The Bernicia left Anstruther on 12th February 1900 with Captain Watson and was never heard of again.
